Frequently Asked Questions
We're baristas; we get asked a lot of questions. But we try our best to make sure those questions come with answers!

let's chat!
-
What’s included in your standard menu?We want your experience to feel like your favorite cafe on wheels. Our core menu includes espresso, cortados, cappuccinos, lattes, and americanos. For non-coffee drinkers, we’ve got hot tea and chai lattes, too. All drinks can be served hot or iced. We make our own organic syrups in-house. Vanilla and mocha are always on the menu, and we rotate in two seasonal flavors—think spiced brown sugar or maple cardamom (trust us, it's seriously tasty). Looking to level things up? We also offer cold brew, drip coffee, decaf, matcha, a hot chocolate bar, and additional syrups as optional upgrades.
-
What kind of space and power do you need?We need about a 6′ by 5′ space and one standard 15-amp outlet (dedicated, if possible). We’ve set up in offices, lobbies, patios, gyms—you name it.
-
How does pricing work?We build custom quotes based on the details of your event—things like how long you want us there, how many guests you’re expecting, where you’re located, and any add-ons you’d like. We don’t do hidden fees. What you see is what you get, and we’re happy to walk you through it all so it feels super clear.
-
How long do you need to set up and tear down?We usually need about an hour to set up and an hour to tear down. We’re fast, clean, and efficient—but we like to take the time to make sure everything looks dialed before the first drink goes out.
-
How far in advance should I book? Two weeks out is ideal so we can plan, prep, and make the experience feel totally you. If something comes up last-minute, reach out anyway—we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
-
Can you customize your cart or menu for our event?Yes—100%. We can add your logo to the cart or cups, build out a custom drink menu, and even create specialty syrup bars just for your event. Just give us a little heads-up so we can pull it off right.
