The cart rolls in & the party begins
After arrival, it takes us about one hour to set up before service. All we need from you is a 6 by 6 foot space and an outlet!
Brady and Zado Coffee Cart are the best! I work with Zado frequently to bring coffee to my clients and he is always professional, fun, and so easy to work with. Not to mention, he makes great coffee! I can’t recommend Brady enough.
All events except weddings start at $375/hour with a two-hour minimum. So, our starting price is $750. Events on weekends add 10% to the starting price. Weddings start at $500/hour per cart with a two-hour minimum, plus 20% gratuity. Our wedding services come with a custom menu and two custom syrups.
One cart arrives with one barista, able to serve about 30 to 40 drinks an hour. This covers about 75 guests in two hours. For crowds larger than this, we require a second cart to be sure wait times stay reasonable and quality stays high.
In order to operate, we need a 6 by 6 foot space to set up our cart, one dedicated standard outlet, and ideally a route in without stairs. The cart is self-contained, so no tables or linens are necessary. Setup takes about an hour, as does teardown.
Never. The host covers everything.
We travel all over Colorado. Traveling to your event is covered by the cost of reservation within 50 miles of Denver, and beyond that adds $1.50 per mile to your total cost.
Ideally, we book our events at least two weeks in advance. If your event is on a weekend or requires longer travel, we recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.

We're Brady and Mary.
We met at Gonzaga University and hit it off over a cup of coffee. Sharing a love of the atmosphere of local cafés and the community they inspire, we thought it only right to bring our shared love into the business we decided to build together.
Now as a married team, we aim to bring that same conversation and community to every event we do with Zado.
What's a Zado?
Great question! The word Zado (zah-doe) comes from a mix of Arizona (Z) and Colorado (ado), where Brady & Mary are from: a nod to where we've been and the way we're always moving, just like our coffee shop on wheels.
