What a Weekly Office Coffee Cart Costs in Denver

A one-time office coffee cart is easy to price. A standing weekly one is the question we get from office managers, so here is that math.

Per visit

$375 an hour with a two-hour minimum, so a visit is $750. That gets a cart, a barista, the full espresso menu hot or iced, and setup and teardown on either side. Nobody in the office pays or tips.

Two hours covers about 75 people. A bigger office adds an hour ($1,125 for three) or a second cart.

Per month

Weekly is about four visits a month, so $3,000 a month for an office that fits inside two hours. Every other week, $1,500. Monthly, $750.

Standing accounts get one invoice a month, after the visits, instead of one per visit.

Per person

For an office of 75, a weekly cart is $10 a person per visit. For an office of 40 it's just under $19. That's the number to put next to whatever the office spends on coffee now.

How the teams we serve set it up

Same days, same time. Our longest-running weekly account is a Denver Tech Center office we visit twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Same spot, same window, so people plan around it.

One spot, kept. Lobby, break room, courtyard. The cart needs a 6 by 6 foot space and one dedicated outlet, and a route in without stairs. Setup takes about an hour and teardown about the same, and we handle both.

Your logo, when it matters. Our Tech Center account added the latte art printer and logo cup stickers for one month's visits and ran the regular setup the rest of the time.

What the weekly price doesn't include

Weekend visits, which add 10% and are rare for offices. Travel past 50 miles of Denver, at $1.50 a mile, which is also rare for offices. Add-ons like a latte art printer with your logo ($50 an hour) or custom cups ($1 a cup, $150 minimum).
